If more than 7 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items must be <strong>unused<\/strong> and in the <strong>same condition<\/strong> as received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items must be in their <strong>original packaging<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-Returnable Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certain products <strong>cannot be returned<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intimate or sanitary products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hazardous materials or flammable liquids\/gases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Downloadable software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some health and personal care items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We <strong>require a receipt or proof of purchase<\/strong> for all returns. Please do <strong>not<\/strong> send items back to the manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Partial Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Partial refunds may be granted for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Books with obvious signs of use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items returned <strong>after 7 days<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your return is received and inspected:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We will notify you via email regarding the <strong>approval or rejection<\/strong> of your refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your <strong>original method of payment<\/strong> within a few days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Late or Missing Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you haven\u2019t received your refund:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check your <strong>bank account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact your <strong>credit card company<\/strong>\u2014refunds may take time to post.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact your <strong>bank<\/strong> for any processing delays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If still unresolved, email us at <strong>{email address}<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sale Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only <strong>regular priced items<\/strong> are eligible for refunds. Sale items are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only replace items if they are <strong>defective or damaged<\/strong>.
